School swimming carnival
The school swimming carnival was held on Friday 13 February and, although the weather was not kind at all with constant drizzling rain, the students all competed to the very best of their ability.
It was very pleasing to see so many new Year 7 students competing in events and many of them displayed outstanding swimming talent.

Many students excelled on the day with our most talented students gaining many first place ribbons in lots of events. Ribbons will be presented to the students during their Year assemblies towards the end of term. The 13 years boys relay team from Jibbon House set a new record of 2.20.81, breaking the record that was set in 1998.
Nicholas Pleasance from Year 10 set a new record in the Under 16 200m Individual Medley.
